Westcon Easy Snap

At Westcon, our engineering team, along with our critical steel suppliers, have developed and perfected a proprietary steel which has allowed us to offer our contractors the best forming snap tie in the industry.

Our tie provides the contractor with the ideal combination of high tensile strength to prevent blow outs, along with easy snap off to deliver a clean finish without any concrete leaking.

The Westcon ties work with 3/4" plywood forms and snap off cleanly at 1/4" into the concrete wall surface, leaving NO projecting ends to be twisted or otherwise removed in a time consuming, difficult way.

Snap off labour costs are 67% lower , on average, than competing tie designs.

We offer a wide range of standard and custom sizes. Westcon ties are available at our warehouses in Guelph, Ontario, Surrey, BC and Calgary, Alberta ranging from 100mm /4" to 650mm/26" in 50mm increments.

Custom ties are available in made to order lots for very thick wall applications. Our metal stamping presses have adjustable features designed in, which allow us to provide ties for any sized project. Sizes have ranged up to 15ft in the past.
